Do you offer a one-off or spring clean?
Yes, although we recommend that you book early for spring cleaning at the start of the season. One-off deep cleans can be carried out at any time. Contact us for a price.

How long does laundry take? Do I need spare sets?
We take bed linen and towels away, so allow 48hrs for each clean.  We would recommend that you have at least 2 sets this way your guests will always have clean and fresh linen.

Whats included in the welcome pack?
The basic welcome pack will include: bread, milk, butter, sugar, tea, coffee, local paper. We can include anything you choose

What time will you meet my guests?
We will meet at a pre-arranged time or if you prefer, you may give your guests our mobile number and they can contact us when they are approaching the property, also useful if they get lost!

What if my guests are delayed?
We recommend that the guests have our number so in the event they are held up we can make alternative arrangements.

Can my guests call you directly if there's a problem?
If you would like us to deal with minor problems without contacting you, then we are happy to do so.

What about out of hours or emergencies?
We are happy to respond to out of hours emergencies, there will an additional charge for this depending on the location of your property and the nature of the problem. We will be happy to discuss this with you.

What can you fix and how much will it cost?
Our own maintenace man can tackle all minor household problems; the costs are per hour on our prices page. If a specialist is needed we can arrange access for tradesmen and minimise disruption to your guests.

Can you check my property during winter?
You can arrange for us to visit on a regular basis, or as and when, for instance after storms, we will check for damage both internally and externally and report any problems to you, we can also forward any mail.

Can you carry out redecorating work?
Our own maintenace man is an experienced decorator and will be happy to give you a quote.

How do I pay you?
We can arrange for you to be invoiced on a monthly basis, you may pay by cheque, bank transfer or by debit \ credit card.
